D2 is a locally owned and operated business providing upfront pricing and easy to understand home and property inspection reports to buyers, sellers, and investors.
We offer four point home inspections, warranty and maintenance inspections, irrigation inspections, mold and Radon testing, pest detection, home energy audits, and thermal imaging to detect water leaks or electrical problems.
Our inspector is certified by AHIT and Internachi and possesses 35 years of knowledge and experience in construction.
